This is my second rotator cuff surgery. This surgery is a longer recovery/rehab than i realized.
It's more effective at cooling the area, it's much more convenient than ice packs. It is real easy to use and stayed cold for several concurrent knee icings. Put a total of 9 in freezer to alternate.
Cons
The warranty was expired. Nobody owning up to any warranty concerns. Select a different manufacturer…. Only 7 months after purchase.
Velcro straps to hold the pad on seems to be made for a child. After wrestling the lid on for 5 minutes, i get a somewhat cold reservoir that has to be changed again in 2-3 hours.
It turns off randomly and needs to be unplugged & replugged to get it to resume operating. The strap provided didn't reach around my thighs. And then you go online to try to buy something that would therapeutically cover your knee in full, and the... Read More

Needless to say i would have expected a little better quality when stored properly and following all the directions.

Knee pad did not hold up starting leaking the fifth month and warranty only good for 3 months

Just don’t set sharp objects on the pad you will rupture it and puncture it
