Pros

The ice pad helps reduce swelling and pain after surgery. The pad ensures total contact to your injured limb and optimizing your icing time.

After 2 treatments, i then change what is now liquid water bottles for a new set of 3 frozen water bottles. Only thing to add is make sure you go buy a few sacks of ice for a few days.

It is quite so did not disturb my sleep. The connection of the pad to the hoses of the device is easy. Rather than starting when you plug it in, like the breg, this has an on/off and temp control switch.

Cons

The limited warranty is unacceptable. Buyer beware. Don't waste your money. Its a gamble.

The pump or control board is dead. The motor is inoperable. If i reconnect the return it works for a little while. I'm back to using a gallon ziplock bag and a towel and it's better.

Donjoy offers only a 6 month warranty on a $200 machine. Total misrepresentation of warranty.
