Pros

Works great by numbing surgery site. Pain meds are one thing, but you need a good icing strategy for ongoing healing.

It delivers very, very cold ice water to the effected area and is incredibly quiet. It is quite so did not disturb my sleep. It’s sturdy, extremely quiet, great quality and the ice lasts 8 hours.

Cons

This is extremely disappointing for a $200 piece of hardware. The website says unit warranty for 6 months which is ridiculous. Total misrepresentation of warranty.

When it works it works great. Replacement sleeve sprung leaks after 10 hours of use.

The cold rush is only meant to be for a one-surgery use with a 6-month warranty only. The shoulder cuff is frustrating and hard to use on a shoulder. Amazon shows the seller is premium medical store yet when you call the name is complete care medical ... Read More
