The ability to adjust water flow is a huge boon. Cold is nice to have for longer. A helper is a bonus. Only con is how easy it is breaking.

The universal pad is large, adjustable and has two velcro straps to hold in place. The pad has a cover on one side which the velcro attaches to very well.

Ossur cold rush is quiet. Materials are high quality and sturdy. It runs whisper quiet. The motor is so quiet you can't tell it's running.

Cons

The outer layer of the pad that the velcro attaches to that has already started peeling off. That will shorten the useful life of the pads.
