Pros

This pas is great. It contours to your body part. The ossur works so much better than the brand the hospital gave me after my knee replacement. Rotator cuff repairs and back surgery.

Cons

The universal only goes about 1/2 way around my knee. Very difficult to use for someone with hip replacement.

Ossur needs to redesign this product! The machine works okay the output isn't very good. This defect makes me question the quality their products.

The water path is very complex and restricts the water flow. About 11 in the center and near the hose end. They all leak; some of them gush cold water.
