Something like a temperpedic pad inside for maximum comfort and less irritating to neck.
Had a broken clavicle and dislocated shoulder, used 24/7 for 6 weeks after surgery, worked great
Product comfortable and fit well, but had to return due to my surgeon preferring a different sling.
Price
Also it was $100 less then if i bought one at the local pharmaceutical supply store.
