Pros

The ossur miami j neck brace is superb. I suggest your first one to be a perscription by a doctor. This is exactly same as i left hospital with after compound fracture c1 in 05 lost peices of mine. This brace really helps.

It's so much easier to sleep in because it's so thin and allows your head to rest completely on the pillow. Comfort on the jaw and chest area is greatly improved with this collar. My only complaint is the area where the chin rests is very hard.

This collar is easily adjustable. It is very easy to adjust both around the neck and up or down, depending on neck length & amount of traction needed.

Light, bendy ones are best for in the car, says the spine doc. These fit numerous sizes, thicker and more comfortable than original pads.

Cons

The velcro peels off the collar rendering it useless. The padding is so flimsy and kept crimping up. The chest support just flexes so easy - what is the point?

Miami j thinks so much of himself that he thought everyone would want his name plastered on both sides of their necks. It is all very inconsiderate. It smells like perfume.
