This collar is easily adjustable. It is very easy to adjust both around the neck and up or down, depending on neck length & amount of traction needed.

It relieves my neck pain as soon as i have it in place. Comfort on the jaw and chest area is greatly improved with this collar. Only complaint is the area where the chin rests is very hard.

This one really digs. Great c collar. It is stable and supportive enough for the needed purpose.

Cons

Miami j thinks so much of himself that he thought everyone would want his name plastered on both sides of their necks. It is all very inconsiderate. It smells like perfume.

The velcro peels off the collar rendering it useless. The padding is so flimsy and kept crimping up. After a few min of wearing it the pain starts to recur.
