The warm setting does just that its just a warming box

The toast setting it top and bottom browning when you turn the temperature control all the way to toast

You can use any temperature up to 450 and there is a timer that goes up to an hour or you can turn the timer to the stay on mode

The unit cooks very very well but i cant help think that with some insulation beyond the thin walls it would go a much better and more efficient job
