Quality
This was the easiest turkey i have ever made in 50 years of roasting turkeys.
I brush the liner and rack with olive oil to keep food from sticking (this is not a nonstick roaster); this makes cleanup easy.
Roasting rack is the least amount of material they could get away with.
After 30 minutes of cooking the turkey, i turned it down to 325°f.
Shipping
It got hot super fast -- and i mean hot.
Packaging/appearance
The packing box is huge making it very difficult to return.
The box it comes in is big, awkward and not easy to unpack.

Although a well browned turkey is pictured with the product description there is no turkey recipe or adequate instructions on how to roast a turkey in this roaster and the time table is not accurate
