Price
Only reasonably priced bike lift that has skids wide enough to lift my 2012 kawasaki vulcan 1700 whose frame supports are 14" wide.
Shipping
Also, the cardboard box the lift came in looks like it was shipped around the world.
Competitiveness
Still, it's a much better lift than the lift from crappy tire, which only has 12" wide skids.

With all the rips and holes in the box
