The author needs to add a few more pictures that explain the parts of the grease gun that they reference when they give loading instructions

If you are buying one of these the first thing you have to do is buy a grease cartridge the instructions also indicate that you can suck grease into the cylinder

When you read the instructions the terminology isnt explicitly clear and the two pictures of the inside of the gun cylinder confused me

It then made sense that you could slide the groove into the blue cylinder wall so that the spring rod would remain extended and locked in place
