I couldnt find this in any hardware store auto parts store lowes sears home depot etc so i found it online here for relatively cheap

All in all buy an otc impact driver whether it be 38 or 12 drive

I expected the heads would strip out and id be drilling out the screws but what the heck the driver might work

There are two issues with the driver no instructions and the bits are cheap they deform easily

Combine this with some pb blaster and that rusted in phillips head screw will come out
