Pros
Cheaper than snap-on and seems to be the same quality. Heavy duty easy to use. This puller is no exception!
Cons
Lacking these things, it is not all that useful. Had to purchase a different puller from snap-on to use on the job.

Using gear pullers never worked well for this application due to uneven shapes and lack of grab area

Be carefull if you have to hit the tools drive shaft as it deforms readily
