On the downside the v where the frame sits is fairly deep so it can be a bit of a chore to line things up properly without having the upper points of the v touching something they shouldnt be

I decided to go this route because when you are relying on stands to hold your car up while you work you shouldnt be spending bottom basement dollars

My only gripe is that id love to see them made in the usa but its extremely difficult to avoid chinese produced automotive accessories these days

In place practically impossible to casually override the locking mechanical joint

The only comment i would make is the v shaped support on the top of the jack stand is a bit narrow and i had to carefully position the jack stands so the support of the car fit in the v shaped grove
