It is not a hard job to replace the rear main seal however it is tricky without the tool and you dont know you messed it up until you put it all back together again

The seal itself is rtvd on solid and i had to drive a knife blade under it with a hammer then pry it free with a screwdriver

My engine had no wear ring from the factory so i didnt need the puller but the replacement seal had a wear ring so i have the tool if god forbid i have to replace the seal again
