Pros

This neck brace fits perfectly. I’m a petite woman at 5’1” and 120# andi have a small neck measuring 12 inches.

Cons

The velcro straps are small and much harder to use than other cervical collars we have used. The worst part is that the velcro attaches on the back of the neck instead of on the side. The strap is very short.

The company puts the return on a loop that tells you how to adjust, fix, or get parts for the item but not return for refund. What a ripoff. Don't waste your money.

The sizing charts are way off. The package refers to fastenings but they are missing from both my original order and the replacement that just arrived. Definitely not as pictured.
