I have noticed that ott customer support has individually responded via comments to many if not all of the negative customer reviews posted to their products here on amazon asking that the persons who have had a bad experience contact ott so that their problems could be corrected

It would be helpful if other amazon customers who have initially had a bad experiences but subsequently contacted ott as the company has suggested could provide an update to their reviews so that others can see how the issues were handled and hopefully resolved

I do know that when i went to the ott website to see what information was available on the light spectrum of the light produced by the bulbs so that i could attempt to make a comparison of the light quality for the ott bulbs vs their competitors i could not find that information available from them yes i am an engineer
