Pros

Great case if using bluetooth, protects phone well. Downsides you must use an apple charger. Only negative is that the 5s was the first phone that came out with the fingerprint reader option and this case does not support this.

Cons

It protects the device but when falls, the back cap goes loose and water comes in. The back cover makes it useless. The normal otterbox protects your phone better than this one.

I wish i could demand a refund or hold them responsible for the damage. Conveniently, they have no list of who the actual authorized sellers actually are.
