Pros
My favorite feature is the flap that closes securely over the charging port. Only drawback is that there is a flap to protect the charger insertion point which my personal preference is to not have.
Cons
There are no instructions on how to put the phone in the case. I'm sure it would protect the phone, probably due to the user's inability to use it.

Quality
Nice grip, comfortable, light weight, solid feel, easy buttons, feels very safe, great drop protection.
This phone case is great and very durable and sturdy.
Hasn't worn out at all in the 6 months i've been using it
This case is too time consuming to mess around taking it on and off so it's either shop around carefully or use a conventional charger.
Price
It is inexpensive protection for our costly devices.
Reasonably priced and lifetime warranty you simply can't beat that.
They need to keep the prices down tho.
Sometimes you get what you pay for.
Packaging/appearance
Looks elegant, and most importantly i'm confident it will keep my phone safe.
Competitiveness
I bought this to replace one i had previously ordered and the fingerprint feature wouldn't work with the other brand.
I use (and have used) a specific brand of screen protector for years and this case is apparently only compatible with a handful of brands.

My phone is with me most of the day and i tend to be hard on it so i wanted to get a good protector rather than considering how much it adds to the size

The outer rubber is as much or more than most protectors plus the inner case so it looks like it will protect the phone well

Fortunately i havent dropped this one in the toilet or otherwise so i cant speak to its protection in an actual incident but i feel confident my very expensive phone would be well protected

Pricing is a bit high but you are paying for the name as well as the product so while i would like it to be a bit more economical i wanted the best so i paid the price necessary to get it

As such the screen protector i use often gets pulled up over the edge of the inner part of the case when it goes into my pocket and i have to disassemble it to push the screen protector back down and reassemble the phone case
