The only thing wrong is that is the way the fingerprint reader works u cant use it with otterbox with the way its designed you can drop your phone and protects the phone no matter what

I pulled off the plastic screen protector really quick because debris and moisture would get between it and the screen and just installed an omotion screen protector directly to the phone
