Since this case, my daughter dropped the ipad several times and the screen still haven’t shattered mind she’s in her twos
It has 2 layers that can each be used solo, but it’s safest when they are on together.
The only setback is the handle on the back as it’s hard to maneuver into place when you want to place the ipad on a surface.
