Packaging/appearance
The case arrived in perfect condition so that is what really matters the most.
Note that it does not come in a cardboard retail package but in a sealed branded plastic sleeve intended for online sales only.

Competitiveness
Magsafe and wireless charging compatibility is another strong point of this case.
I previously purchased the symmetry series case in blue, but wanted to try this commuter case once i found this one was actually magsafe!
The commuter is the size of many other less protective cases like those from no-name offshore sellers.
Also bought some camera handle accessories that take advantage of the magsafe feature.

So this makes it a hard case to evaluate because it might be exactly what you’re looking for even if it doesn’t excel in all of its tasks

It feels to be similar to what you would get with the even more protective xt case but in a slightly smaller form factor

It’s got quite a significant lip around the camera on the back although less than the xt lip and a good lip on the front edge of the screen so this means that when it falls it is likely to hit the cases lip and not the phone itself

I am a bit disappointed across this product line but also in this case in that the magsafe strength is probably at the minimum end of what i would consider to be adequate and i can’t tell you if that is the sheer magnetic force or the material of the case that potentially does not allow the device to grip on it strongly

That being said it functions well with every magsafe accessory that i have it is not the strongest case but it is by no means a weak case but if you were using it in high intensity situation it’s a bit of a predicament because even though you get the enhanced protection from this case you’re getting a higher likelihood that this will drop because of the magsafe module not being better

The case is not slippery by any means when you are holding it it is however similar to the feeling of holding a big piece of thick protective plastic with some grip material on the sides
