Pros

It works so great that my husband even borrows it! Works like it was descried.

Cons

This is a discounted product. However it is cheaply made and not worth the money even at this discounted price. The construction is flimsy. Return it, promptly refunded.

The clamp isn't strong enough to keep it attached to a stand or table edge, it just falls over. I figured this a fluke, it is an ott-lite.

The magnifying lense is totally scratched up. The lenses are like wrinkly and distorted. The only way to get the magnifier to be effective is to keep it about 12-18 inches from the object.

For some reason i expected this led clip freestanding magnifier to be bigger and was at first disappointed when i removed it from the box.
