Pros

The crispness and true color light of the ottlite can't be beat. It's lightweight, its base is small, and the illumination it provides is variable and adequate. There are 4 different light settings all of which are great lighting.

Very pleased with this purchase. With that said, i highly recommend it.

Base of the lamp is quite hefty and maintains a stable position. Lamp looks modern and beautiful. It has great mobility.

Cons

This lamp is marketed as environmentally friendly, however the bulbs are not replaceable. After just 6 months of maybe 1 hour of daily use, the bulb no longer works. Now it's landfill.

This ott light came wrapped in plastic. The cord was tangled.
