Pros

Based on the timely reaction to my initial review, i have to say they have me as a customer once again. Highly recommend. I hope it lasts a long time.

It is well packaged. Takes up very little room. It folds into a very compact footprint.

Cons

The design is inferior and it is not as bright as my old ott light. Good luck registering it for warranty purposes. After 3 months of use the lamp will no longer stay up.

This purchase replaced a similar ottlite i used for years.

The only problem was that we had to give a little more force in order to get the light blubs in.

Other companies could learn about customer service from ottlite.

My old ottlite stopped working after 15 years, so i thought i’d buy a new one.
