The base is small enough not to take up too much space on my work table. I have it sitting atop a 6 base which expands the area lighted. Wish i had gotten a clamp on.

Ottlite led soft touch desk lamp. Finally got around to replacing my ancient incandescent desk lamp. Cost of bulbs and energy consumption. Still a very nice light.
