Pros

Solid and sturdy base and projects light well on a large desk or table. Neck is flexible and adjusts projection angle. I use it when i am knitting, and it definitely reduces eye strain. Reasonably portable size.

Would definitely recommend this product. If you have a nearby table this will do fine. This is exactly what i needed.

Make sure u have the light bulb inserted correctly.

Cons

Every once in awhile a product is defective. We have other ottlites which we love but this one will not have the bulb go in. Two in a row is not acceptable.

Box in good condition and the light is awesome.

I purchased one that had been returned with box damage.

It was a christmas gift, but i'll not order another one.

Now before u think that it arrived broken or does not turn on be sure u have the light bulb inserted correctly.
