Pros
It looks perfect in my hallway. The color is a bit darker gray, but is perfect size and quality. It is more gold -- just what i hoped.
Lays flat and doesn't move when it's vacuumed with my robotic vacuum. Great in high traffic areas. I love that it is lightweight and easy to vacuum.
Cons
Made not usa. I am in disbelief that they asked for photos and the order confirmation. This product is not at all durable. Didn't like for indoors.
It's an ugly 1970s gold color. Brown color is much darker than shown and does not match the room it was purchased for. It’s definitely not a red.

None of the corners were peeling up.
Cannot not vacuum with out the vacuum pick up the corners

But good price for a good sized runner
Definitely a good price for the size and the color black is very deep.
Packaging/appearance
It was rolled up and when i unloaded it, it laid completely flat.
Haven't washed it yet but it's beautiful and lays flat.
Competitiveness
It lays flat, looks nice, and is of much higher quality than the runners you can pick up at a dollar store.
Some cheaper runners i've bought at walmart, etc.

However they arent easy to wash even though the description states they are machine washable

They are very stiff and compared to other machine washable area rugs they are difficult to fold into the machine and the results were not what i expected
