    I had been eyeing our place pans for a while and when i saw that there was one constructed of stainless steel with a relatively sturdy interior cooking surface i took the leap and bought it

    There is a notch in the lid that is meant to make room for the wood spatula that comes with the pan

    I hate most nonstick pans — you cant put them in the dishwasher and with the current exception of my aged scanpan they wear out eventually when you’re not looking and leave a few flakes in your food too
