However my son really hated the checkedplaid pattern so back it goes gotta keep him happy with how it looks because its enough of a struggle to make him comply with wearing a sun hat instead of a baseball cap

My son is not huge or tiny i dont know if they have hat sizes for 5 year olds but im not going to google it

There is an adjuster to make the part around the head tighter
