Pros

The meross plug body is much more compact than the belkin. My wife always complains that my outdoor gazebo lights are too bright.

All three outlets are individually addressable as well. I use eero, best router i've seen. Shows the device added to the 2. Ghz wifi signal.

Cons

This is the second time i purchased this product and disposed of the first one in the trash as it seemed to have failed. I'll try the lutron ones, they're at least a dependable company.

Most disappointingly, this plug has really poor wifi reception. There are *dozens* of posted workarounds around the internet, which is almost always a bad sign. Attempting to update firmware through the meross app resulted in failure multiple times.

Apple obscured the ability in ios 16! I am completely unable to get this thing to connect in both the meross app itself and in homekit. It says i can name ‘the outlet’ in their faq but doesn’t address the individual ones. It's possible the new ios 16 ... Read More
