Pros
Being mips compliant many are expensive. I'm not sure how it compares to the normal $50 range, but at this price i bought it for i am beyond thrilled.
The external knob allows easy adjustment of the snugness of the webbing around your head. It is annoying that the right side chin strap seems to loosen over time, but another quick adjustment and it's back to fit.
The helmet has a sleeker aerodynamic look to it compared to the more spherical look of the other helmets. The airflow thru the top is good. The visor is a nice addition.

I’m very happy with the quality of this helmet.
Comfortable cool and lightweight good quality so happy!
This helmet is all molded together there will not be any separation with it.
I had tried on several helmets and really none were very comfortable.
Price
For this price it can’t be beat.
Between that, and the price, i was quite happy to find it fit perfectly on my remarkably large head.
Desire one with a $200 quality, you out of your pea-pickin' mind if you don't get this one!
It was a good price for the high quality.

Packed with a storage bag and extra inserts
Comes with "extra" complete interior padding set as well!
The helmet came in a bag plus has extra padding in case it's to big for you.
Also, it came in a bag not a box which left me wondering how well protected it was.
Competitiveness
Fits my head well, looks better than most nike helmets, and it's comfortable.
A highly rated but moderately priced alternative.
I bought this for sale at $35, and at that price, it blew away the other mips competition.

I have a big head and the circumference measurement for size large seems correct but the geometry wasn’t right for me

My worry was the sizing because when i measured i was exactly at the end of a medium so i chose to get the large for that reason
