Pros
The matte finish adds a modern touch, and the adjustable straps ensure a perfect fit every time. It also comes with extra padding for little peanut heads.
It secures well on her head and around chin and is quite easy to adjust when necessary. When the hats not needed, it adjusts to fit without the hat.
Cons
The helmet says it's astm certified, but not which astm certification it has. Most people with just see astm and assume it's the right certification. This helmet is not certified for skateboarding.
The helmet is too big and bulky. You have to clamp down to make it feel snug. The shorter strap is too small for the large size.
The tag says for recreational bicycling but not trick bicycling or downhill mountain bike racing. Helmet without it is like a car without brakes.
I like the rainbow design but it came in pastel colored glitter rainbow. The helmet and been opened and most certainly worn. The color is decidedly different from what is advertised. More like and easter egg than “nature’.

It was just a helmet sitting in a box without any bubble wrap or a second box.
The helmet itself receives a 5 star review, but it arrived in a box without padding and was incredibly scuffed up already.
