Pros

The greater sacramento, ca area has micro-climates and conditions can change quickly. This jacket hits right at the hip bone, allows me to move around freely and keeps me warm. It is perfect by itself (over a long-sleeve tshirt) in the 40-50f range.

It zips up, but fits a little snug. Fits to sizing chart. If you want it bulky order bigger.

The inside is very plush and furry on the inside. Waterproof to a degree.

Was an excellent buy. This jacket is sooo close to being perfect for me. It is awesome and fits perfect. Highly recommend this jacket, it's super versatile!

Cons

The fabric for the new one is much thinner and less warm. It's definitely not waterproof. It is bulky but not warm due to low thread count.

For me, it falls right below the hip, and despite what some say, does not cover the butt.

I doubt it's waterproof so i put water on it and rubbed the water around the material.
