Pros

Only complaint is that it rust easily. I think the offset for the handle is a little shallower that it should be, but still decent nonetheless.

Onset q111 cast iron rectangular bacon presses work great only one problem amazon. Com. Large enough to fit over a steak, is like the hole for checking doneness. Keeps my meets from curling. Worked exceptional for keeping bacon long flat.

Cons

Large ridges on the bottom plate means that only a small part of the weight contacts the meat. It will not always flatten out bacon or cook evenly. This one is now a door stop.
