All of the flavors i've tried from this brand are delicious. Although, gummy bear is the least terrible of all the recovery flavors they have. The flavor is good too, so far i have only tried the green apple. Powdered drink supplement.

I really love what outwork nutrition is doing with this product.
I only drink it for the benefit it gives to my muscles but the taste is bad.
With the market having so many different kinda workout supplements out there it can get very confusing.

Hands down the best preworkout i’ve ever tried!
Not going to be purchasing more because of the price jump.

One its too expensive for only 20 serving and two it doesnt mix well
