The noodle cutters arent as effective as the extruder wheels in the kpexta but i suspect that it is probably a training curve issue and that the machine isnt at fault

I would happily recommend this to anyone that wants to experiment with making pasta at home and doesnt want to make the jump to a kpexta yet or doesnt own a compatible kitchenaid mixer already

Why this otherwise wellmade product cannot get 5 starsinstructions contain miniscule 1 photos but more importantly a needed part was left off by the genius design engineer there is no rubber grommet but merely a hole in the base where the clamp is supposed to be inserted
