Pros

Not the best quality, but eminently functional. The only complaint is a cosmetic one.

Cons

Not worth the hassle to return, will never purchase a product from ovente again. The warranty also seems to be a ruthless lie.

Only 2 months old and latch on the lid latch is broken. Cord is very thick and inflexible making it difficult to place the kettle on the counter. In this day and age to have that kind of metallic-plastic smell is unacceptable.
