Large enough to hold multiple seconds of gravy without being too heavy.

About a half an hour in advance i filled the gravy boat with boiling water to warm the core before pouring in the ghee.

We’ll see how durable as it will be a milk pitcher for coffee in the morning as i can’t handle 1/2 gal containers.
