That is why for example a dragon flag exercise didnt find its way to the book

My version of the book still contains some errors most of the errors i found are bad pictures where for example a picture of a guy in support hold is placed instead of a guy in handstand

Because there are so many exercises the information about every exercise is not as deep as it could be so another research googling might be required in some cases

For those who havent heard of it this has for years been the bible of bodyweight training and this second edition tidies up and restructures many quibbles from the first book

Only drawback is random pages just fall out they are not bound to the spine
