I do this for every roll, regardless of the manufacturer or the quality of their packaging.
Price
The stock hot-end couldn't quite get hot enough to keep my extruder from missing steps.

Good quality and adhesion for prints from the petg.
The spool has a rough estimate of what's left in it and this is just the packaging.
