Quality
I use overture white standard pla for lithophanes and i'm always happy with the results.
I also have found overture pla gives me the least amount of clogging, which is especially important with the quantity of prints we produce.
i don't know much about quality of plastics but i can say that once i got my printer tuned everything has come out really well.
The print quality of this pla is excellent.
Competitiveness
I would not be able to compare it to other filiment brands but i love this stuff.

I have been running this filiment for roughly 450 hours of print time and all issues i had were printer issues
