Print Quality
Customers have mixed opinions on the print quality of OVERTURE PETG filament. While some report smooth and consistent prints with good adherence to the build surface, others struggle with warping, clumping, and inconsistent results. Some users suggest adjusting settings for optimal results, while others find it unprintable despite their efforts.
Filament Consistency
Customers have mixed opinions on the consistency of the filament from OVERTURE, but generally positive. While some customers praise its durability and smooth printing, others mention issues with it sticking to the nozzle over time. Proper calibration and temperature adjustments are recommended for optimal results.
Highlights
Quality
Print quality is good and so is durability.
Highly recommend any overture filament, but this petg prints super well, very very smooth no print lines and is tough!
I have tried changing print speeds, flow rate, temperature, flow calibration, bed leveling, and build plates.
What i printed has been outside for a few months now and there is no fade or wear on it.
Price
Even though it was more expensive than others.
Hopefully overture can start lowering their prices to match the market prices because i do love their petg filament.
Shipping
The one day i dried it for 6 hours while printing, came in the next morning and tried printing.
Packaging/appearance
The spool i got was well dried out of the packaging, and i ran it without drying with zero issues.
Competitiveness
It is like a pure white while other brands seem to be more of a slight cool white
I have only been having the normal problems you get for using petg regardless of brand.
