Pros & Cons
Pros
Overture pla offers significant cost savings, making it ideal for hobbyists or budget-conscious makers. The shimmer and shine is some of the prettiest work ive seen so far. The cardboard spools are an eco-conscious touch.
A clog-free formula further enhances the printing experience, minimizing jams and frustrations. It prints well using standard pla profile. No major print flaws with very little deformation on several 24hr+ files.
Cons
Out of all my bambu lab & prusa machines, this stuff is absolutely a bad batch or something. It clogs the nozzle and curves the edges. This alone makes this filament useless as it has caused the gears on my extruder to wear out a lot quicker.
Two spools of white pla from overture have slipped through quality control. The precision is far from good. The texture of the prints is terrible and this filament is so brittle after printing that it’s not even worth the time.
Avoid this brand. This is being sent back for a refund. This stuff is the absolute worst filament i have ever used.

The product itself is decent but the material was incorrectly wound and causes tangling and failed prints.
If you want good adhesion print this material with a heated build plate over 50 degrees c and less than 80 degrees.
Price
For the price this is the best filament that ive found.
This pack is a better value then to purchase 1 spool at a time, will always buy this pack for my white and black filament.
The price is good and it is dependable.
Little more stringing than i would like (using prusaslicer profile), but for the price i can’t really complain.
Competitiveness
Compared to brand-name filaments, overture offers significant cost savings, making it ideal for hobbyists or budget-conscious makers.
Even when using the extra draft mode in x1c, the prints still come out better than most older or cheaper 3d printers i've had in the past.
I print a lot and have tried a lot of different filaments out there… overture is the only brand i’ll use from now on.
In my experience, i would recommend using overture brand over esun.
