Pros & Cons
Pros
The recyclable spool is great. It's easier to recycle than plastic spools. My only complaint is how the reels are wound up.
Overture filament prints smoothly and consistently. Printing on an ender3 pro at 205 nozzle temp and 45 bed temp.
Cons
Spools come horribly wound. Don't waste your time with atrocious mess. Go with something reliable like esun or hatchbox. I've enjoyed overture but don't have the time to deal with * mistakes.
Had to change out the bowden tube (capricorn tubing) and do a thorough hotend cleaning as it was all gunked up and clogged inside. Also had multiple pieces of dust/specs on the spool.
It is very stringy and has poor bed adhesion. You have to slam the nozzle against the bed in order to get it to somewhat stick.
Highlights
Quality
My go-to for my black and grey filament, amazing quality for the dollar.
Compared to the ender/creality black & white filament, prints with a lower quality and is typically has a lot more layer adhesion issues.
The finish quality comes down to how much work you want to put into it to get whatever you print to the quality you want.
With a properly setup printer and temperature dialed in the quality of the print is awesome.
Packaging/appearance
My spool had a ra of 70% right out of the packaging.
The spool came vacuum packed with desiccant, as usual, and was ready-to-print right out of the box.
Competitiveness
I’ve tried a ton of different filament brands.
Wonderful customer service, and i've had great luck with hatchbox filament as a new 3d enthusiast.
Inconveniently, this weird filament requires me to tweak settings for its own gcode for okay results.

I think i see residue from all the testing and failed prints getting smooshed too close to the bed but scraping wasnt working and the screen cleaner that has worked fine in the past doesnt seem to be doing anything

One star off because it can be pretty tricky to get the settings and adhesion dialed in to start and as a 3d printing newbie i got so frustrated that i almost gave up but it i got great prints once i got it figured out
