Pros

Rock pla has a very muted gradient that will make your prints pop, but not excessively. The only negative is that it readily absorbs moisture from the air. The texture does in fact feel like rock which was wild to experience.

The finish on it is fantastic. If i need filament, overture is the first brand i look at. My only complaint is that it scratches very easily.

Cons

The filament is visually appealing, but its impracticality makes it challenging to use. While the visual concept of the filament is appealing, the practical execution falls short. I hope the manufacturer can address these inconsistencies.

The sunlu is much stronger, could not flex the arms of the mount. The overature is brittle, snapped twice on me. This makes them unsuitable for any application requiring durability. Hopefully overture gets this addressed quickly.

I've had countless, multi hour prints fail in the home stretch due to the spool being tangled. Constant clogs, snags, and print failures.

Everything was sliced through creality print. Trying to get supports off will cleanly break entire parts of your finished print. It sticks so aggressively that your bed will come off with the print and get ruined.

I love the quality of the material and it is a very nice matte finish.

It's more of a matte finish, and the filament itself feels less smooth and more textured.

This filament doesn't need anything special, its cheap, its solid, and it just prints with no fuss.

Product arrived extremely quickly and was packaged well, i choose the matte black variety.

Packaging/appearance

Packaged nicely also appreciate the cardboard spools.

Looks extra nice for bones and skeleton models.

The filament boxes were packed tightly to the outer box and the spool edges were crushed.

I printed a sierpinski pyramid, with one side being white and the other being black, and it's a blast to look at.

Competitiveness

Have done a few in silk pla from other manafacturers, and then saw this product, and like it very much.

I will likely try a different rock pla when this one runs out, as it gives me more problems than even abs printing.

Overall i would buy the same brand, just not the dual color, if i can't get consistent results.

The color is good,but a little darker than the add on my computer, as compared to the print.
