Pros

If your looking for a quality filament at a good price, then overture is a no brainer! Will be buying more spools from overture in the future. Performance excellent. Strength is awesome.

Cons

Black overture pla+ is a tangled disaster. Every print after the first print fails to stick to the bed. It seems like every overture spool i have bought in the last six months or so has given me headaches.

They claim that the filament was dried for 24hrs before sealing. It takes up a lot of moisture. Terrible overhangs and bridging. Red - adhesion is bad, flow is bad and temp control is bad.

Quality

Quite structurally sound and it prints well, i made multiple ice scrapers with it and they are all still holding up great.

Make sure you experiment with the extruder temps to get what is desired, when set correct the plastic is very tough and bonds well.

I also dried the filament twice out of packaging just because.

Colour is a nice matte purple as pictured.

Competitiveness

There were 0 (zero) tangling as compared to other brands that i used to buy at similar price.

This super + prints just the same as any other overture pla, didn’t change settings at all.

Once printed it looked better than most pla + i have used.
