Pros

Since printed objects have little reflections with the matte filament, the prints in my opinion look much better than the shiny stuff, were every imperfection shows. I have a biqu b1 with the nozzle set to 200 and the bed to 60.

This is much stronger than overture pla+ as i had printed a set of gears in pla+ that lasted about a month in constant service before distorting and stripping teeth. I have become a big fan of overture filament, it is my go-to filament now.

Cons

Not sure about the quality control process coming out of the overture factory as of late. I am open to revising my review if future batches show improvement.

They claim that the filament was dried for 24hrs before sealing. It's hard to detect this kind of problem unless it's early on in the spool of material you're going to use. Terrible bed adhesion, terrible overhangs, and terrible bridging. Sharp corner... Read More

I was getting really poor layer adhesion and under extrusion at my usual pla nozzle temp of 205.

Price

I think this is a really great filament at the price.

Been using this filament for awhile yes i buy it because its the best price and i had no issues with it.

This in turn negates the higher price.

Wish it would be a little bit less expensive.

The seller also did a fantastic job with fast delivery and well packaged item.

Competitiveness

I have bought a lot of brands but overture is my favorite.

There were 0 (zero) tangling as compared to other brands that i used to buy at similar price.

This super + prints just the same as any other overture pla, didn’t change settings at all.

The sheen is more dull than esun, which i much prefer and it seems to be gtg right out of the box.
