Pros & Cons
Pros
Tpu works well on ender 3 pro upgraded with direct drive, and dual gear extruder. Runs cooler on nozzle temp than other tpu i have used.
Adhesion is very strong, even after the bed has cooled down. It prints a little stringy so a little finishing is required but that’s typical of a very soft filament. Adhesion to the ender-3 pro's mag bed isvery strong cold at start.
The tpu itself is very good, has very good flexibility, stretch, consistency and has a great colour. Great flexibility and great (consistent) colour.
Cons
Sometimes it works but most times it either clogs the nozzle or jams the extruder. Also adhesion is pretty bad to itself.

Simply speaking just lower the tension of the gears to as loose as possible and it will print great
